    Rabbit Hole Creations will primarily ship via local delivery and USPS. If you would prefer an alternative shipping option, feel free to contact me. Due to Covid-19, there may be a delay with the shipping provider; I apologize for any inconvenience that may result from these delays.

  • Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?"
    Rabbit Hole creations does not accept cancellations. However, we will accept returns and exchanges on pre-made items. To see the full return policy, please refer to the Store Policy section at the bottom of the page.
  • Do you take large quantity or bulk orders?
    Absolutely! Please contact me for details on the timing to complete the order, as well as possible bulk pricing. Depending on the quantity and the amount of time each piece takes, it may take a little longer to fill your order, but rest assured I will put in every effort to complete your requests in the most timely manor possible.
  • Can you personalize items for a family, school, or corperate event?"

  • What is the current turn around time on a made to order item?
    At this time, most of the items I offer are made to order. I aim to fufill every order in the most efficent way possible, without compromising on quality, so orders may take as long as 10 business days to fufill.
