Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
I will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all pre-made items. However, custom items, as well as items that have been made to order are not eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item & ship the item back to me within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & the item must be returned in its original condition. Once an order is placed, I do not accept cancellations.
Wholesale Inquiries
I am more than happy to discuss the possibility of bulk orders or producing larger quantities to be added to your own storefront's inventory! Please reach out via email to discuss this option in greater detail. Please include what types of items you are interested in, an idea of the quantities you are looking for, and the the name of the shop you are hoping to stock. I look forward to working with you!
Shipping Policies
I aim to ship all premade items within 48 hours of receiving payment. The shipping time on custom and made-to-order items may be slightly longer. I strive to have all custom items completed within 10 business days. If this is not possible due to the nature or quantity of an item, I will contact you within 24 hours to discuss timing and options. Items will be shipped via USPS; if you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me & we can make arrangements. I also offer local delivery for orders placed within 10 miles of area code 60030 (Northern Illinois).
